Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires clinicians able to work 5x8 schedule and provide skilled PT services consistent with SNF standards.
• Documentation competency with electronic medical records preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
