Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule with day shifts (0830-1630).
• Client-specific requirement: willingness to provide standard PT services consistent with SNF scope, including restorative and discharge planning.
• Preferred: prior experience with electronic medical records in post-acute or skilled nursing environments.
