Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage patients with common post-acute diagnoses, including post-surgical care, stroke, and orthopedic conditions preferred.
• Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
