Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Minnesota occupational therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience preferred; 2+ years in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is ideal.
• Experience managing caseloads of approximately 10–20 patients per day preferred.
• Experience with standard SNF documentation and care planning required.
• Ability to provide resume for onboarding; client will accept resume as initial submittal.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Contract length: 12 weeks.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Days per week: 5.
• Hours guaranteed: 35 hours per week.
• Shift: Days.
• Call or weekend coverage: No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Caseload volume: Approximately 10–20 patients per day.
• Floating: Candidate may be expected to float to other facilities within the region as required.
