Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations, transfers, mobility training, and restorative programs preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with specific EMR platforms preferred.
