Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or licensure in a state that meets reciprocity requirements, required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and mobility training preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems preferred.
