Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is required.
• Client requires experience with restorative programs and documentation in electronic medical records.
• Ability to follow care plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with long-term care billing and compliance practices.
