Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience working as a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and with restorative/maintenance programs preferred.
- Ability to provide skilled therapy for geriatric populations, including fall risk management and mobility training.
