Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills in a skilled nursing facility setting in Kewanee, IL. This opportunity involves working across multiple local facilities to support patient care and continuity of services.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Proven experience working in skilled nursing facility settings.
• Experience managing caseloads that require split coverage or float assignments across multiple facilities is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide OT services for geriatric populations and common post-acute conditions typically seen in SNF environments is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Assignment may require split coverage between two facilities in Kewanee, IL and one facility in Toulon, IL; candidate must be willing to float between assigned sites.
• Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
