Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a home health setting in Lancaster, OH.
Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. (Minimum education requirement: Associates Degree.)
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- Minimum one year of home health Occupational Therapy experience required.
- Experience with HCHB documentation required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Client-preferred: Lymphedema therapy experience is helpful.
- Must be able to perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in a home health environment.

- Shift name: Days.
- Shift details: Days 0800-1600.
- Typical weekly hours: 40 (weekly guarantee indicated).
- Coverage areas: Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties.
- Mileage reimbursement between patient visits is provided.
- Dress code: Scrubs.
