Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Kentucky SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with evaluation and treatment of adult communication and swallowing disorders preferred.
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
