Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Current documentation of TB screening and immunizations as required by facility policy may be required.
• Ability to complete facility onboarding and orientation processes prior to start date.
