Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred; documentation of prior SNF or long-term care experience is recommended.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment and procedures, including assistive devices, transfers, gait training, and restorative programming.
• Effective documentation skills using electronic medical records preferred.
• Client requires license in FL and availability to start at end of May for an upcoming opening at a Largo skilled nursing facility. Candidates able to meet that availability will be prioritized.
