Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Maryland State SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Professional experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
• Experience managing dysphagia and providing swallowing evaluations and treatment in an adult population preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems and Medicare documentation requirements preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Contract Weeks: 13-week assignment.
• Must have professional SNF experience per client requirement.
