Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active District of Columbia license or license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required by client.
- Experience with documentation and care planning in a SNF environment preferred.
- Ability to follow therapist-directed treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
