Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. (Client specific)
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations in SNF settings; target productivity ranges: PTA 93-95% preferred, PT 90-92% referenced by client.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and patient care protocols preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5x8 format.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
