Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State physical therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC, if required by the client.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. This may include orthopedic caseloads, post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal evaluations.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required. Client requests proficiency with charting in EMR systems.
- Ability to manage a full patient caseload consistent with outpatient productivity expectations. Typical daily volumes noted: approximately 11 patients in an 8-hour day or 13 patients in a 10-hour day.
- Willingness to work in an outpatient clinic environment and follow site-specific protocols.
- Free or reduced-cost housing options are available through the client. Candidates must be able to coordinate housing stipends as applicable.
- Additional certifications or experience may be preferred and will be identified by the recruiter.
