Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competence with geriatric assessments, restorative nursing programs, and transfers/ambulation training preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule and manage a caseload typical of a skilled nursing facility.
