Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in inpatient physical therapy required; some outpatient coverage experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system preferred.
• Ability to work a 4x10 day schedule and provide occasional Saturday inpatient coverage as needed.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 07:30–18:00, typically 4x10s.
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional Saturday inpatient coverage (typically two weekends over a 13-week assignment).
• Setting: Primarily inpatient with some outpatient coverage.
