Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned; weekend rotations occur approximately once every six weeks
