Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document patient care timely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required for interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• New graduates welcome. Previous experience with therapeutic modalities and home exercise program instruction preferred.
