Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma physical therapy license or compact license eligible to start the assignment.
• 2–3 years of outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This is client-specific and preferred, not an absolute requirement.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience managing a patient volume of approximately 10–12 patients per day, providing 1-hour evaluations and 1:1 treatment sessions of 45–60 minutes preferred.
• No new graduates. Immediate availability is needed.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends (National Contract Standards apply).
