Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• One recent outpatient travel assignment required.
• Patient care experience in an outpatient setting with patient volumes of approximately 10–13 patients per day providing 1:1 care.
• Lead PT candidates considered; permanency needs noted by client.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Other required certifications or clearances must be maintained as applicable to facility policy.
• Preferred: prior experience with evening clinic coverage until 7–8 PM.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week.
• Evening coverage: clinic evenings until approximately 7–8 PM.
• Contract Length: Up to 6 months.
