Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license or multi-state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or subacute rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Prior experience with patient populations common to SNF settings, including post-acute orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, preferred.
  • Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
