Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active Florida SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of SLP experience. (Preferred)
• Home health experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Experience using WellSky EMR preferred.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office case conference and complete orientation on first day.
• Willingness to provide some weekend availability for urgent cases.

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• EMR: WellSky.
• Some weekend availability required for urgent cases.
• Must attend one weekly in-office case conference.
• Orientation provided on first day.
