Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with high-skilled, fast-turnaround skilled caseloads and with long-term care resident populations preferred.
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload and prioritize discharge-focused skilled therapy.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8.
• Float requirement: Split assignment between two facilities in the same city, approximately 15 minutes apart.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
