• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• NBCOT Certification 
• Educator's License
• NY fingerprinting required before starting

• School-based setting with outpatient responsibilities after school for the remainder of the day
