Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oregon state license or ability to obtain an Oregon PT license prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Candidate must not be a new graduate. New grads will not be accepted.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Ability to float to other clinics as needed.
• Must be approved by director before working overtime hours. 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• PTA applicants will be considered as noted by client preference. PTA acceptance is permitted.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director.
• Floating: Candidate will be required to float to other clinics as needed.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
