Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon state license or ability to obtain an Oregon PT license prior to the assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Candidate must not be a new graduate. New grads will not be accepted.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Ability to float to other clinics as needed.
- Must be approved by director before working overtime hours. 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- PTA applicants will be considered as noted by client preference. PTA acceptance is permitted.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director.
- Floating: Candidate will be required to float to other clinics as needed.
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
