Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license or documentation of licensure status required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience and neuro experience required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Experience working in outpatient rehab settings and familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Must follow facility dress code; scrub color: black.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous outpatient and neuro specialty experience preferred.
• Experience with outpatient rehab patient populations preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM (4x10 schedule).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Weekend requirements: None.
• On-call requirements: None.
• EMR: EPIC.
