Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working across outpatient and critical access hospital settings in and around Elwood, IN.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana OT license required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience across outpatient and acute care settings, including work in critical access hospitals. (Client requirement)
• Clinical experience treating pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult orthopedics. (Client requirement)
• Ability and willingness to travel between multiple clinic sites as part of a split schedule between Elwood and nearby communities. (Client requirement)
• Comfort managing a mixed caseload with an expected patient volume near 10 visits per day. (Client requirement)
• Preferred: Prior travel therapy experience and experience with inpatient care at critical access hospitals.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient with inpatient coverage at local critical access hospitals.
• Schedule pattern: Split coverage between Elwood and a neighboring town; coverage includes Mondays and Wednesdays at Elwood and Tuesdays and Thursdays at the neighboring site. (Client-provided schedule details)
• Caseload: Approximately 10 visits per day, mixed pediatrics, adult neuro, and adult ortho, plus inpatient duties on designated days.
• Float requirement: Candidate must be able to travel between multiple regional sites as assigned.
