Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs and working with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with long-term care documentation systems preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
