Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arkansas PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, gait training, transfers, and use of common assistive devices preferred.
• Ability to follow a treatment plan developed by a supervising Physical Therapist and document per facility policy.
