Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or must be obtained prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement restorative and maintenance therapy programs for geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation preferred.
