Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state PTA license in Iowa required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Demonstrated experience with restorative care, transfers, gait training, and modalities used in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to document timely and accurately in electronic medical records preferred.
