Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment in Iowa.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with assistance in transfers, mobility training, and gait training preferred.
• Client requires ability to work with geriatric populations and complete documentation in electronic medical records.
