Description
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Detroit, MI. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Client requires coverage on Days shift. Candidate must be able to work 5x8 schedule as needed.
- Preferred: experience with geriatric populations and restorative care practices.
