Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of home care or home health physical therapy experience required.
- Active BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned within the service region, including Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, and Winthrop.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotations approximately once every 6 weeks (preferred).
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and timely interdisciplinary communication.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Start date contingent on credentialing clearance; rescheduled start date may be necessary if credentialing is not complete by posted start.
- Candidate must be able to travel to assigned cases within the region.
