Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS (American Heart Association or ARC) may be required.
- Home health physical therapy experience required. Experience with start-of-care evaluations, subsequent visits, recertifications, and discharges preferred.
- Comfort with driving between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visits.
- Ability to support coverage areas including Cape Coral and North Fort Myers. Candidate must be able to travel within the local coverage region as needed.
- Professional PT certification required.
- Team-player attributes preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 (5x8).
- Weekly Hours Guarantee: 40 hours.
- Coverage Areas: Cape Coral and North Fort Myers (local travel between patient visits required).
- On Call / Weekend Requirement: None.
