Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Wound care credential required: CWS (Certified Wound Specialist) or board certification in wound care (client-specific requirement).
• Cardiac and advanced device experience required: prior experience with LVAD, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump, and post-cardiac surgery care in an acute hospital setting.
• Experience working in hospital environments preferred.

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 07:30–16:00.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• No on-call required (client-specified).
