Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic required. Experience with musculoskeletal and orthopedic caseloads preferred.
• Familiarity with therapeutic exercise programs, modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation), and gait training preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care under direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and document care in electronic medical records.
