Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
- Familiarity with Net Health and PCC EMR systems preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations (approximately 85% productivity target; exact expectations may vary by experience).
- New graduates welcome. Previous experience covering leaves or short-term assignments is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (86-bed).
- Shift: Days.
- In-house therapy team with cohesive interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Assignment purpose: coverage for paternity leave; target coverage approximately 12 weeks with ideal start late September or early October.
- Candidate may be asked to sub or float among post-acute care locations as needed.
