Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Experience in geriatric care and rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
