Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Inpatient experience required. Experience with acute care hospital workflows preferred.
- Clinical experience with common acute diagnoses such as post-operative care, stroke, orthopedic injury, and mobility/functional training preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records. Experience with hospital EMR systems preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and provide discharge planning support.
- Reliable professional references required.
