Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in Home Health settings is required.
• Clinical experience treating adult patients and performing home assessments preferred.
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa County coverage area (Sapphire/Ruby/Opal) required.
