Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active New Hampshire SLP state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including clinical bedside and instrumental referrals preferred.
