Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Experience treating general orthopedics and vestibular populations preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing roughly 12–14 patients per day with expected double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Experience with standard outpatient scheduling and documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule; 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Start/End: Assignment runs June 1, 2026 through August 29, 2026 (13-week assignment).
• OT must be approved by the director before OT hours are worked.
• Floating: No floating to other clinics required.
• Patient population: general orthopedics and vestibular patients.
