Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing care for geriatric patients and managing common SNF diagnoses preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
