Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans for acute care or inpatient hospital populations preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation, goal writing, and discharge planning in an acute hospital electronic medical record preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient and family education.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift: Day (5x8).
- Duration: 13 Week assignment.
- Clinical Role: Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document per hospital standards, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- May be required to cover or float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
