Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by professional bodies.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred; experience with inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation units preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat adults with neurologic and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.
• Compact licensure eligible preferred.
