Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required. Experience evaluating and treating patient populations in outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or students and participate in student education as assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.
• Adherence to clinic safety protocols including safe patient handling, infection control, and materials handling.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Patient visit format: 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-ups.
• Split location coverage required: clinician will provide services at multiple clinic sites within the system (floating between sites as needed).
