We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, OH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life in a post-acute and long-term care setting. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with restorative nursing programs, adaptive equipment, and activities of daily living (ADL) training preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document per facility and payer requirements, and follow individualized care plans.
